Our Qualifications

Obtaining and maintaining financial freedom takes more than simply earning money. You must know how to make your money work for you. FRA can assist you in doing just that.



With overĀ 85 years of combined experience in tax, insurance, estate planning and investment management, FRA brings you an objective, independent financial counseling service. Educational credentials include such designations as Certified Financial Planner (CFP), degrees in Finance and Economics, Investment Advisor Representative, and Registered Financial Paraplanner. Each year our professional staff builds upon those credentials by earning additional hours of continuing professional education necessary to better serve our clients. We also complete training to meet requirements of the International Board of Standards for Certified Financial Planners for all states that our clients reside.



Our advisors have been consistently recognized by our business partners, professional peers and community groups as leaders and high achievers. Our associates have been awarded the Multi-Financial Securities Award of Excellence, Leadership Award, 100% Club Award, Fidelity Investment Advisor Council selection, and John Deere Life President Club among others. We shall accurately and honestly present all information necessary to enable our clients to make informed decisions. We shall comply with all laws and regulations governing our business and professional activities.



We shall help our clients protect insurable obligations and attain their financial goals and objectives. We shall respond promptly to the inquiries, service requests and concerns of our clients and shall always place their interests above our own interests.



We shall respect the confidentiality of information regarding our client's personal and business information. We shall exercise the highest integrity in cooperating with all others who serve the needs of our clients.



We shall present sales materials, product illustrations and advertisements, which are clear, honest, fair, and disclose all pertinent information. All such materials shall meet with the approval of our firm and be in compliance with industry standards.



We shall not replace existing life insurance policies, annuity contracts, or mutual funds unless it is in the best interest of our clients. We shall not recommend any such replacement without making full and accurate comparisons and disclose all material information.



We shall maintain and increase our professional knowledge, skills, and competence through continuing education.



We shall allow all our professional conduct to be reviewed by our clients and company to ensure consistency with the above principles.
